Map and Directions - NEW ROUTE in 2006

The Tazewell County Fairgrounds is located on Alternate Route 16 in Tazewell, Virginia. The fairgrounds lie next to state route 19-460. If you are traveling from the East, take the Tazewell exit number 2 at the DVM Exit and follow the marking arrows.

If you are traveling from the West, take the Pisgah exit at the Historic Crab Orchard Museum and follow the marking arrows. If you are traveling from the North or South, continue on route 16 and follow the marking arrows.

These directions go into effect Monday, August 1st at 3:00pm and will stay in effect until 1:00 am on August 5th. The Fairground Road, Alt. 16, will become a two lane road with the traffic moving from South to North. Exit from this road to 19-460 will be available.
